WHAT YOU’LL DO
This position is a key role on the Southwest System Finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Director / Head of Southwest Finance.
The Southwest System is inclusive of the Dallas, Houston, and Austin offices and is one of the fastest growing systems in North America.
The Southwest Finance Manager will play an important role in supporting key relationships and providing a core foundation of service to our Managing Directors and Partners and Local Leadership to drive revenue growth.
Additionally, the Finance Manager will support the transformation that is underway across our finance organization regionally as it affects the Southwest.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
Providing decision support and thought partnership to the business
Providing insight and analysis to support Southwest leadership in running the business
Leading the cost and capacity planning for the Southwest offices
Working across the Southwest offices in planning process, building relationships with the North America regional team and other system finance teams
Driving pyramid analysis and communication between various Southwest groups (Talent Acquisition, Management Team, Business Management Directors, Career Development Committee)
Assisting with Southwest P&L analysis through reporting and thought partnership with function budget owners
Preparing content for Southwest Leadership meetings; leading preparation of materials / content on key topics and present to local and Southwest leadership as required
Presenting business metrics, monthly results, billability, staff time utilization and allocations, and others to senior leadership
Collaborating with a wide variety of business partners across BCG, including Southwest finance system, local offices, regional / global finance, practice areas, and others to optimize decisions
Helping troubleshoot finance related issues / answer questions
Building and enhancing the finance function
Developing short term and long-term goals, managing these in parallel to grow the functional capabilities while delivering exceptional support to the business
Creating and driving the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups
Driving best practices, developing opportunities for capability growth, and growing own team roles and responsibilities
Support the training of other local function teams
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA a plus
5-7+ years of relevant work experience ideal
Experience in professional services environment a plus

Compensation Information
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
