About the Role
The Customer Experience Project Manager will be a key role within the Product and Project team, acting as the bridge between internal and external Product teams, Technology, Operations and Marketing to ensure the definition and delivery of the product roadmap.
Using your strong process and planning skills, you will work together with the Product Managers to define the Product roadmap as well as ensure the delivery against plan. You will work with the Product team to gather inputs from stakeholders, facilitate the prioritization process, and the clear definition of requirements for the Development teams.
The Customer Experience Project Manager will cultivate key relationships within BetMGM and Entain’s organizations to shepherd in a new, dynamic way of working that provides alignment across the companies and cuts down the time to market for new features.
The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to plan/prioritize a changing workload within a fast-paced environment while dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Management of features process (from the ideation to deployment)
Support of roadmap process
Providing the bridge between business, tech, central services (UAT, etc.) and stakeholders
Ongoing communication of status, risk and issues, and deployment timelines
Drives the resolution of blockers and ensures delivery against plan
Alignment with Entain Product Managers
Essential Functions
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a PM
Project & Cross-Functional Leadership – possesses the skills, knowledge and aptitude to engage, influence, and direct all functions involved in the development of the assigned product.
Experience working with Product & Design teams
Experience with JIRA preferred
Experience with Asana/Smartsheets preferred
Strong communicator and effective interpersonal and collaborative skills
Experience with working across different companies and cultures
Effective analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Dealing with ambiguity: demonstrate ability to act in a changing environment. Effective change management skills.
Gaming industry experience preferred

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
