Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide financial guidance and support for our practice.
Bamberg Family Practice is an independent family practice dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient centered healthcare services for the entire family including adults, children and the elderly.
Our five providers and twenty-seven employees are active members of the community and desire to offer the best available services to our patients.
*Finance Manager Job Responsibilities:
The perfect Finance Manager candidate will have excellent financial and people skills, and be able to coordinate all financial activities for this growing family practice medical practice.
* *Bookkeeping & Payroll:
* *Revenue cycle: * oversee insurance billing, patient collections, rate setting;
* *Payer management: * allowable negotiation, reimbursement monitoring;
* *Expense management: * monitoring of all expenses for maximum efficiency;
* *Supplies & Equipment: * vendor negotiations, supply quality;
* *Personnel forms & ing:
As needed, the Finance Manager will be supported by the outside CPA that provides support for tax return preparation and other high-level financial issues.

Experience Requirements:
Ideal candidate would have at least three years of experience in a physician office setting as bookkeeper, preferably in a rural health clinic position.
Candidate must have at least five years of experience with QuickBooks or similar system (two of years can be non-physician office).
Familiarity with Excel and Word software is also needed.
