Responsibilities:
The Associate, Digital Marketing is responsible for the execution of digital campaign initiatives and platforms including updates, modifications, and edits to the Baker Tilly website, and execution of the firm’s email campaigns. The Associate, Digital Marketing maintains a high degree of quality and brand standards and provides hands-on execution and strategy for our digital marketing campaigns.

Coordinate and execute digital campaigns from initial request through final deliverable
- Complete all campaign needs accurately and efficiently
- Provide feedback to internal clients to help improve the overall effectiveness of the message and design
- Add all supporting materials to the website in a timely manner
- Assemble, optimize, test, and send e-mail campaigns
- Communicate with internal clients throughout the development process
- Track campaign analytics and communicate results to internal clients
- Maintain a high degree of quality control and enforce consistency of brand standards

- Complete all website updates, edits and additions in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide feedback to internal clients to help improve the overall effectiveness of the message and page design
- Communicate with internal clients throughout the development process
- Track website analytics and communicate results to internal clients
- Maintain a high degree of quality control and enforce consistency of brand standards

Perform digital marketing research
- Conduct online research to support demand generation and go-to-market activities
- Monitor trends and business issues and recommend suggestions to test moving forward
- Participate in professional organizations and independent study, integrating new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate.
- Participate in marketing taskforces and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and managing website content and updates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused environment. High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with Prismic, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media, Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools preferred.
- Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused, collaborative and fast-paced environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field required
- Minimum of 1+ years marketing digital campaign planning and execution as well as execution experience required
- Previous professional services experience or marketing internship preferred
