KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Managing Office 365 tenants.

Installing and configuring and managing phones.
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
.
Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
.
Monitor and test backup operations.
Managing technical documentation.
.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
BS in computer science or related field and/or significant equivalent experience.
A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
Experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
.
A+, Network Associate accreditation advantageous.
Technically proficient with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office/365.
.
Experience with VMware, Parallels, Veeam a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
