Hiring for: Oracle POD Manager
Job Type: Fulltime (US)
Location : Remote (25 % Travel)

• Experience in either of these module – Commercial, Order dressing, Planning and scheduling, Production and Quality, Raw material, Material handling
• Experience in Metals/ Manufacturing industry is a must
• Responsible for delivery of Product for the respective POD Business functions
• Direct and coordinate the execution of activities of the POD and work closely with SCRUM Master
• Advise the scrum team to meet business goals

• Work closely with other PODs as well as PMO to manage delivery expectations and timelines
• Strong Business Knowledge on Plate/Sheet Mill Order Dressing Process
• Good Understanding of mill manufacturing process (Melt, Cast, Roll and Finishing scheduling process)
• Understanding of Schedule dependencies across the mill resources
• Experience working with MES implementation Projects

• Manage process feature intake and determine and establish solution completion roadmap
