Position Summary : The Diagnostic Technician Remote Office Lead position is responsible for providing all levels of support to the team of Diagnostic Technicians, the programs they support (including ALLDATA Community and ALLDATA Tech-Assist) and the remote office they are assigned.

Position Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned : · Trains and assists Diagnostic Technicians to ensure they are responsible for maintaining positive, on-going relationships with ALLDATA customers, ensuring trust and creating a strong basis for continued customer loyalty.
This results through the ongoing supervisory skills, training and execution of each diagnostic technician for tracking repair cases through existing source of daily case tracker tool.
Liaison with other departments to gather information and resolve issues. Represent the organization as a SME in company cross functional and departmental efforts / projects for improving systems, processes and any other efforts / projects.
