The Client has experienced explosive growth recently, which has introduced shifting needs within our customer base and exciting new products to cross-sell and increase our value proposition across our compliance product suite. We are looking for a contractor to come in and immediately contribute to developing strategy and capabilities for a maturing cross-sell marketing group. This role sits within the customer marketing team chartered with driving demand for all products to existing customers. This person will report to the customer marketing manager responsible for cross-sell strategy, solution messaging, channel development, new product launches, and existing customer base segmentation.
In the last 2 years, the client has added more than 10 new products to its compliance portfolio through acquisitions and internal product development—and the growth rate isn’t going to slow. We need an organized, strategy-minded marketer who can proactively form close partnerships with a diversity of internal stakeholders, procure insightful facts and figures from various data sources, and passionately advocate for our customers in all settings. We need this person to combine these superpowers to produce and recommend strategies for product launches, cross-sell campaigns, and other cross-sell initiatives, ensuring each recommendation fits within a larger customer marketing vision. This person will then work closely with the customer marketing campaign team to execute these strategies and report on their impact. We are looking for this individual to be both a creative and a strategic thinker, while also bringing a strong bias to action, ownership and intelligent execution in decision making. It is important for this person to be able to write well, interpret data, and be able to present ideas and plans to stakeholders at all levels.
