The work
The Studio Account Lead will be responsible for managing a team of creative, design, technical and strategy team members in defining strategy, establishing product/market fit, and test and learn product approaches for clients to discover and thrive in the metaverse. While there will never be a typical day in the Metaverse studio, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.
Interfaces with clients, senior Accenture management, cross functional internal teams to ensure projects are on target with objectives, budget, and schedule. Intercedes between client and team for issues related to changes in project scope, budget, or strategic creative direction
Strategically align with client on studio discovery and work by managing – internal and external – stakeholders, assessing resources and approaches that and ensure strategic, creative, and technical represent the best fit the strategy of the client and Accenture
Leading a team on an approach to illicit the right approaches, people, and tactics to explore metaverse opportunities through workshops, brainstorming sessions, concept ideation, design thinking, and organization alignment.
Development, communicate and oversee test and learn plans for POCs, prototypes, and research.
Collaborates across Accenture Song and Accenture to generate value creation opportunities for our clients which utilize Accenture’s unique set of integrated capabilities
Consistent student of the metaverse, culture and consumer trends to identify opportunities and help keep clients and colleagues at the forefront of new developments

Here’s what you’ll need
Minimum 10 years’ experience in account management, account planning, advertising, communications, or marketing
Minimum 10 years of experience design, product leadership, innovation or client-side experience managing complex relationships and delivering multi-channel experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Bonus points if you have
Product and experience innovation expertise that leads to the product going live in a massive way
Experience with development, communication and overseeing test and learn plans
Solid understanding of creative processes across virtual and physical channels
Strong ability to understand insights and turn them into strategic plans
Ability to inspire and lead teams by setting forth a vision for the account
Ability to mentor and develop talent
Travel
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $140,900 to $271,000
Colorado: $140,900 to $234,100
New York City: $163,100 to $271,000
Washington: $150,100 to $249,300
