Job Description
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days
This position supports the Corporate Real Estate division and provides lease administration using CoStar Real Estate Manager
Responsibilities include : lease administration for landlords and tenants, generate lease accounting schedules per lease terms, process tenant receipts and issue monthly invoices, review and submit rent expense invoices, post entries to general ledger, prepare account reconciliations, analyze rent income and expense variances, provide monthly forecast information and assist with preparation of annual plan
