What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationship: As the primary point of contact, you’ll foster strong relationships with our valued clients.
Service Oversight: Ensure our clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Support and Collaboration: Assist and collaborate with Bookkeepers, answering questions and liaising between them and the clients.
Payroll Management: Handle payroll tasks efficiently.
Financial Review: Conduct thorough reviews of P&L Statements and Balance Sheets.
Monthly Financial Statements: Produce accurate and insightful financial statements on a regular basis.
Software Integration: Sync data across multiple software applications to maintain accuracy.
Special Projects: Engage in historical clean-up projects and other client-related initiatives.
Timely Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries and teammate requests.
Skills And Qualifications For Success
Financial Passion: A genuine interest in financial matters.
Experience: 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Organizational Skills: Extreme organization and strong decision-making abilities.

Compensation
Salary range: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year, based on revenue supported and a 40-hour week commitment.
