Job description
This position requires tremendous attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, and a creative mind. The selected candidate will be a critical component of the marketing department to help increase overall productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Update community and home listings on our website, Zillow, and other platforms daily.
Schedule photographers, meet them on-site, and effectively communicate the necessary images needed for website listings and advertising campaigns.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Assist with prioritization of department activities, understanding of timelines and deadlines.
Conduct research on our communities and the surrounding areas to generate compelling marketing copy for web pages, advertisements, and more.
Organize promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success
Create and post social media content as needed
Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, etc
Communicate with vendors to ensure the success of marketing initiatives
Monitor & maintain inventory of marketing collateral, signage, and event equipment
Attend internal and company-wide meetings as needed
Digital asset management across multiple locations
Assist in device management
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel within the Chattanooga area to review home sites and meet vendors.
Strong (Original Concepts) Graphics Design
The successful candidate will be able to take feedback well, be humble, and be a team player.
Efficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and others
Adobe Suite Experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, iMovie or Adobe Premier, etc.)
Familiarity with WordPress
SEO/SEM knowledge
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent reading and writing skills
Photography & Video (shoot & edit) experience
The ability to work/attend community meetings & functions- some nights & weekends as needed including our annual Home Show and other booth marketing events.
