Director, Financial/Accounting Services
GENERAL DEFINITION
The Director, Financial/Accounting Services reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly assists on all company strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, revenues, proforma development/analysis, forecasting needs, taxes and the securing of new funding.

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
Financial planning and strategy, designing, implementing strategies designed to drive elevated company profitability, multi-million dollar healthcare system fiscal management experience/acumen, fiscal services process improvement, forecasting, developing budgets and budget variance reports, refined proforma development acumen, refined new business development financial analysis acumen
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree (MA/MBA preferred) in Business, Management, or Finance required
· CPA preferred; not required
· Three to five years of financial experience required ( healthcare sector preferred)
· Refined people skills, with experience effectively collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment
· Demonstrated/refined experience in financial management and accounting
· Demonstrated experience elevating company fiscal profitability
· Refined experiences addressing legal, audit, compliance, budget, fundraising and regulatory compliance matters
· Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and guiding investment in people and systems.
· Proven effectiveness leading/developing professionals in finance and accounting.
· Technologically savvy, with an ability to develop and implement new processes and systems that increase efficiencies.
· General office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (MAS 90 or similar General Ledger Software use) and Crystal Reports.
· Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented.
· Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, transparency and a commitment to excellence.
· Refined project management acumen
· Refined problem resolution acumen
· Refined leadership acumen to develop a progressive, analytically-driven Financial Services directorate
· Refined proforma development and analysis acumen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
