The Sponsorships team is chartered with bringing T-Mobile’s brand story to life through strategic partnerships at the national and local level. An increasing area of focus and opportunity for this team is utilizing hospitality assets related to our sponsorships to deliver value back to the business through customer and prospect hosting, employee recognition and more. T-Mobile currently has hospitality assets across 50+ venues across the country. This role will sit on the Sponsorships team and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of hospitality operations: managing ticket allocations, operations and logistics of suite and ticket assets from across the portfolio, and supporting onsite logistics for large-scale hosting programs at sponsored events.
This person should be highly organized, possess clear and concise communication skills, and be able to manage requests and inputs from multiple stakeholders. T-Mobile’s hospitality program has visibility throughout the organization, so this individual should be comfortable working cross-functionally and developing strong relationships with other teams and leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day hospitality efforts across Sponsorship and Entertainment team, inclusive of allocation, operations, communications related to allocation of suite/ticket assets and hosting responsibilities (as needed)
Lead operations of ticket asset management system and allocation process (tickets, suites, experiences)
Support Sr Manager in development and project management of custom hospitality programs in conjunction with major sponsorship platforms
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Manage agency partners supporting hospitality efforts
Manage regular reporting of key performance indicators, measure and deliver results
Support and coordination across additional ad hoc sponsorship programs as needed
Qualifications :
Experience in hospitality management or events within large scale enterprises
Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to deliver clear and concise marketing strategies and briefs to all organizational levels
Experience working with cross-functional teams, internal partners, properties and/or agencies
Experience interacting and communicating with senior level executives
Ability to think critically, react quickly and calmly, and maintain sound decision-making in high-pressure situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to consistently meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to accept and provide direction, ability to work independently while remaining a team player
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sponsorship, ticket/hospitality management, or events
Must be able to attend sponsorship/venue meetings and events, possibly including holidays and/or in excess of 40 hours per week, travel up to 25% of the year
Candidate must demonstrate strategic and creative thinking abilities and excellent communication (verbal and written)
Telecom experience a plus.

T-Mobile’s Commitment
Washington Pay Range : $103,900.00 – $140,600.00
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
