The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support fulfillment of client engagements. This individual is specifically focused on optimizing performance in operations, accountable for ensuring every project gets done–on time, on budget, and on scope to client satisfaction. The Operations Manager is a smart, critical, and strategic thinker who has the natural instincts to facilitate and respond in a fast- paced environment. This role has LMA responsibility (leads, manages, and drives accountability) for a virtual team of employees and work-for-hire contractors.
