Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a Director of IT Finance & Corporate Enablement for the leadership of all Information Technology in regard to finance across the enterprise.
The incumbent will provide guidance and leadership on all IT finance applications decisions and drive the Global Corporate Enablement program while partnering with our Shared Business Service areas from a strategic perspective.
Ensure that our financial systems are under compliance. This role will also be accountable for continuous delivery of increased business benefits simplifying ERP landscapes and optimizing-automation processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the relationship with all finance departments and with CFO from strategic point of view and coordinating all projects as they relate to IT Corporate Enablement and Share services.
All aspects of IT Strategic Finance including Controller Finance Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Tax, Treasury and Finance, as well as project management.
This work will be done in a matrix-oriented environment across the enterprise, with a small team of direct s who provide additional support for IT as Finance technology areas.
Provide leadership of all IT Strategic Finance functions across the Keurig enterprise, setting strategies and direction.
Own and manage a $28.5M annual Budget driving transformation, integration and continuity
Helps to identify strategic value in partnership with Finance and align it with IT vision and goals.
Drives Finance IT Corporate agenda, projects, enhancements on time and budget within defined scope.
Responsible for identifying solutions that add tangible value through cost reductions, improved services or improved quality.
Works with our strategic IT Vendors to enable operations, efficiencies and optimizations (HCL, Accenture, EY, Etc.)
Coach and develop a team with clear objectives using KDP Values and Competencies
Contributes to Agile Transformation Agenda.
Continually evaluate IT products, services and vendors to determine improvement or replacement for finance areas.
Maintain full compliance with financial controls and SOX ing requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience preferred, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years in progressively more senior leadership IT Finance positions in a complex multi-site environment.
Strong demonstrated abilities in the areas of: Corporate Functions, Social Responsibility, Strategic Planning, Contract Negotiation, Cost Analysis, Vendor Selection and Benchmarking related to all areas of IT strategic Finance.
Agile methodology experience.
Demonstrated Project Management experience as a Project Leader and cross-functional team participants.
Strong written and oral communications skills, appropriate for external and internal C-level audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships
Demonstrated skill to persuade/influence directly and indirectly-both internally and externally to the function.
Financial acumen and rapid diagnostic commercial skills.
Budget management experience.
Advanced negotiation training and skills.
Bilingual preferred – English/Spanish, English/French
