At Foot Locker Inc. the Enterprise and Finance Analytics team is seeking a Manager to join the Data & Analytics Team. The candidate’s role will involve integration, maintenance, and migration of reporting/dashboards/analytic solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze, communicate, and interpret data to corporate leadership in a timely and accurate manner. Oversee an agile cross functional team working to keep corporate projects for the Buying, Planning, Finance and HR functions moving forward.
Responsibilities:
Lead the integration, maintenance and migration of operational reports/solutions utilizing SQL, Excel, VBA, Access and Power BI systems
Conceptualize, build, and operationalize data products per business needs and requirement.
Ability to collaborate with a group of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and BI Engineers to complete corporate Finance projects
Build relationships by encouraging cooperation with varying internal and external stakeholders
Provide guidance and training, and cultivate growth opportunities for team members within a performance coaching environment
Provide technical supervision and constructive feedback to analytics performed by team
Deliver key findings to members of the business through frequent presentations and direct engagement that result in actions and improved decision making
Provide ad-hoc behavioral analysis utilizing SQL, Power BI, and other analytical toolsets to deliver insights and make recommendations for optimizations
Support project management and product roadmap by refining agile backlog, determining priorities, estimating work effort and tracking progress against deliverables
Manage end-to-end optimization processes, including prioritizing, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations
Maintain reporting standards of accuracy, timeliness, and presentation
Ensure all solutions remain aligned with all corporate initiatives
Provide decision support to other departments within the Foot Locker organization
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Research and troubleshoot problems & questions related to deployed analytic solutions
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data or Information Technology. Master’s degree is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong desire to coach junior members and set up members and teams for success
4 years minimum of experience leading analytic teams and/or initiatives with a focus on enterprise and finance analytics
Proficient with SQL, Jira and Power BI required.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, and VBA preferred
Knowledge of advanced statistics, data manipulation, and research methods preferred
Must be detailed oriented and have strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organization skills. Ability to think creatively and critically
Experience working on cross functional teams, multi-tasking and managing time independently
Ability to lead and direct associates
Must be able to construct meaningful analysis with broad guidance
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Must be highly motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Requires extensive attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $85,000-$110,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
