RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE QUICKBOOKS-ACCOUNTING MANAGER:
Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
Handle check run on Thursday’s of each week
Will post deposits into QuickBooks.
Handle every aspect of accounting up to month end close.
Run reports for the ESOP trustee.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE QUICKBOOKS – ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE:
Solid general accounting background
QuickBooks Enterprise is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
