The Importance of ROLE
The Manager of FP&A role is a hands-on role with the potential to lead a team in the future as the company grows. The ideal candidate will align with the COACH values and promote a strong financial controllership environment. This position is based out of our Super HQ in Austin Texas.
A Day in the Life of ROLE
Provide overall support for financial analysis of trade promotions, working with Sales Teams to ensure they are optimizing the promotional calendar while also meetings revenue objectives
Own and optimize the corporate three statement model for both near-term and long-term planning
Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for internal senior leadership
Assist in the preparation of external presentations and financial statements (e.g., Board of Directors, financial institutions, etc.)
Lead the development of strategic financial analyses and models to solve complex challenges facing the business
Work with department leaders to understand their cost structure and make recommendations how to optimize the spend
Develop policies and procedures to address financial risk and to support frugality
Provide ad-hoc analysis and other duties as requested
