What You’ll Do:
Manages general activities of an organization’s operations in a non-manufacturing environment.
Develops and implements company policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.
Evaluates and enhance current operational systems.
Prepares reports and audits to monitor and improve operations effectiveness.
May coordinate communication between different functions.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
True first-level manager.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Has full authority for personnel actions.
Identify Data patterns.
Partner with teams to understand possible gap areas and suggest solutions or process improvements.
Must Haves:
3+ years of experience in an operational or data-driven role, with demonstrated willingness to learn or expand as the role requires.
Advanced knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel (vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.)
Intermediate experience using SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization experience is a plus).
A general understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus
Experience working with teams spanning multiple time zones and flexible working hours.
Very detail and process-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
A natural love for data, and curiosity about digging in to find answers.
Can articulate the complexities with consistency to different audiences who have different levels of program knowledge.
Can undertake multiple responsibilities and prioritize time accordingly.
Able to document issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps for reference in future similar scenarios.
The ability to work independently is a must.
Equally important is to be comfortable reaching out with questions and concerns.
Strong oral, and written skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is 100% Remote .
