Position Summary:
The Head of Employee Relations will be responsible for providing strategic and hands-on support to the business and the HR team in the areas of employee relations (ER), policy creation and training, ADA, and overall HR compliance. This role will lead the U.S. employee relations team and provide strong consultancy skills, partnership, and thought leadership to deliver strategic U.S. and International employee relations programs. Will work closely with cross functional stakeholders including our Legal, Compliance, HR business partners, and COEs to continue to build upon our compliance and ethics commitments and implement scalable solutions that support our diverse workforce. Will provide relevant experience and critical problem solving and will leverage continuous improvement.
