Our Finance Transformation Manager is responsible for ensuring that our transformative organizational strategy and projects are driving the financial impact we would expect. In this position, you would review and approve business cases, highlight financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact, track progress, evaluate the financial impact and coordinate resources for transformative projects, and communicate the financial results of project initiatives to senior leaders within our organization. This role would provide you the opportunity to collaborate with a highly engaged team of innovative and senior leaders who desire to translate aspirations into clear, measurable, and objective targets.
In order to be successful in this position, you would need:
Extensive experience on business, financial and/or accounting best-practices
Exceptional sense of judgment and ability to make strong and independent decisions under ambiguous situations
Clear communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to executives and individual contributors
Strong influencing and partnering skills across all levels of the organization
To enjoy working on a highly collaborative team
Analytical skills with an eye for story-telling with data
An ability to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion
Additionally, McLane requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field and 5-7 years’ experience in financial management, accounting and/or project management arenas. A CPA is also REQUIRED.
This role is open to a remote option with expectations of collaborating in-person on our beautiful campus located in Temple, Texas 2-3 days each week.
