Assistant Front Desk Manager – Full-Time / Regular
The Assistant Front Desk Manager will oversee the Front Office and Concierge staff. This position acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior management is not available. The Assistant Front Desk Manager may manage Front Desk, Concierge and Bell Staff. This position is responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, conducting performance reviews and disciplinary conversations for Staff. This position is also responsible for resolving customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. This role has direct contact with employees and guest and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays .
Assistant Front Desk Skills and qualifications needed: College degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years management or supervisory experience in Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury setting. Previous experience with Opera preferred.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Salary Range – $63,000 – $66,000 annually
