What You’ll Do
As a Virtual Data Entry Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our management and team members.
Organizing schedules, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements seamlessly.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence with professionalism and promptness.
Crafting, editing, and organizing documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintaining and organizing electronic files and records with utmost accuracy.
Conducting online research, managing data entry tasks, and undertaking additional projects as needed.
Coordinating online meetings, webinars, and virtual events to facilitate team collaboration.
Supporting our development team with custom applications, including integration with service desk functions to enhance our development process.
Contributing to the creation of employee development plans and overseeing key customizations across systems.
Who We’re Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a virtual assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and cheerfully with customers, visitors, and team members.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
An independent worker who can efficiently manage their workload and meet deadlines.
