Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager is a critical member of our leadership team and is responsible for:
· Developing, implementing, monitoring, managing branding and marketing strategies for new and existing product lines across the organization.
· Reviewing current marketing content and campaigns for weaknesses and opportunities developing solutions and generating a positive ROI.
· Analyzing campaign conversion rates and the effectiveness of targets and content to drive positive response and refine campaign distribution.
· Consistently accomplishing targeted response/submission goals.
· Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
· Collaborate with others on the strategy of the marketing function as well as provide others with guidance, information and support they need to deploy the marketing initiatives.
Marketing Manager requires the following skills in order to be successful:
Communication: As a marketing manager, you will need to develop, deliver and win buy in for a marketing and communications plan as well as communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Effective communication will be essential to be successful in this position.
Leadership: Leadership skills will be essential to motivate across divisions as well as to set the strategic to motivate your team to work harder and achieve higher levels of success.
Strategic thinking: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for an entire company. This requires you to be able to identify the company’s goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Strategic thinking can also help you develop effective marketing campaigns that meet the needs of a company’s customers.
Analytical skills: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics for marketing campaigns. This requires you to be able to analyze data and research to make informed decisions.
Marketing technology: Marketing technology skillset is essential for the Marketing Manager because it allows them to stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and methods. It also allows them to advise their company on the best ways to use technology to create and distribute marketing campaigns.
