The accounting/finance department handles all accounting-related matters for the organization.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As an integral member of DC Central Kitchen’s leadership team, the Director of Finance will be instrumental in driving change and implementing strategic planning and internal initiatives. Working closely with the C-Suite and other directors, this role will lead the annual fiscal planning and budgeting process, with input from the CFO. In addition to budgeting, this role will oversee financial forecasting, cash flow, coordination of audit activities as well as accounts payable and receivable. They will engage in continuous improvement measures to ensure that internal systems are in line with industry standards and best practices.
