Description
O’Neal, Inc. has an opportunity for an experienced financial professional to direct our organization’s financial planning, accounting practices, and strategic vision. This key role works with our CEO, Board of Directors, and leadership group to ensure our financial policies and reporting are in compliance and maximizing the company’s resources. The CFO will lead our internal accounting team, as well as interface with outside CPA firms, insurance, and banking partners. Key responsibilities for this position include:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 10 years direct experience in the field, preferably in a construction or related environment. CPA or equivalent is preferred. Experience with engineering design and construction cost controls systems is a plus. Prior experience with ESOP ownership and third-party valuation companies is preferred.
