Winebow Looking for Accounts Receivable Specialist at Kent, WA Full Time

Essential Functions:
1. Daily review and analysis of account’s status to provide appropriate follow-up with regards to overdue payments to determine the correct course of action necessary to collect past due balance.
2. Responsible for the credit and collections function for an assigned group of sales members.
3. Reconciliation of customer’s disputes with regard to balance researching, analyzing and getting final resolution on outstanding balances.
4. Ensures timely collection of Account Receivables to meet company and state mandated guidelines.
5. Reconciles and clean up accounts.
6. Cash application across multiply markets.
7. Reviews multiple daily open order list and applies appropriate course of action to the status of the order.
8. Assists customers and Sales Consultants by answering questions and providing information.
9. Weekly review of assigned account’s Ageing Reports and applies appropriate actions including but not limited to Write off requests, short ships, price adjustments, etc.
10. Maintains records by updated notes through the Navision/Apprise system.
11. Determines uncollectible balances within an appropriate timeframe.
12. Prepare weekly reports.
13. Perform other duties as needed.

Other Functions:
1. Generates standard reports as needed.
2. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
3. Performs any other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting, bending, reaching, visual acuity, manual dexterity

Minimum Requirements:
1. High School diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
2. Three (3) years of experience in Accounts Receivables required.
3. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) required.
4. Navision/Apprise application preferred.
5. Speaks, reads, writes English to the extent required by the position.
6. Strong organizational skills
7. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure and time restraints
8. Strong communication skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook and Word
