What will I be doing?
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Generate and prepare reports, presentations, etc.
· Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals In charge of General Ledger and Accounts Payable, and able to advise and Accounts receivable operation.
· Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately and completed for distribution in a timely manner
· Verify and approve payments and claims digitally, as required.
· Assist the General Manager or Hotel Manager to prepare budget, forecast report and monthly report Monitors all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued.
· Be familiar with all accounting policies and procedures to ensure they comply with the SOP.
· Work with hotel operation to ensure all hotel operating permits and licenses are timely renewed and complied.
· Report and communicate directly to General Manager or Hotel Manager on all accounting and financial control matters.
· Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance to Singapore Financial Standards.
· Handle annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts/reports for compliance with local government regulations.
· Review and approve all journal entries before posting entries to system
· Ensure legal and tax compliance, and that adequate insurance cover is maintained.
· Handle ad-hoc financial matters & projects.
· Handle property tax, GST submission and corporate income tax
· Review of monthly payroll payment processing.
· Assist in the preparation of other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

· Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
· Manages group or interpersonal conflict effectively.
· Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
· Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise well-organized way.
· Other special duties or projects as and when assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Education and Experience ACCA or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and SUN Accounting.
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
· Mature, reliable and pleasant person.
· Thorough knowledge of local accounting laws and tax laws.
· Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
· Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Salary: $4,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
