Willow is looking for a Strategic Finance and Analysis Lead to join our team! This role will report to the VP of Finance and Business Operations and is flexible for remote work or working at our HQ in Mountain View, CA.
This role is responsible for providing sound financial analysis to support the development and ongoing management of the company’s overall business strategy. By developing insights from the company’s internal accounting, financial and other reports, you’ll be a trusted partner and advisor for executives across the organization to efficiently achieve their goals. This is a high visibility role that will deliver insights to the CEO and other C-suite executives and prepare Board level communications.

Willow takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the successful candidate’s location, job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. We regularly review and update our pay ranges and therefore, these ranges may be modified in the future.
Bay Area, Seattle Area : $115,000 – $185,000
All Other US Locations : $88,000 – $155,000
