Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, staffing, and quality goals. You will oversee food preparation, checking the quality and size of the servings, organizing the stock, ordering food supplies, maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety regulation. You will ensure efficient daily restaurant operations are met, as well as maintaining high production, and customer satisfaction service standards are compliant. This position requires the execution of all Company policies, procedures, program and systems. The Restaurant Manager participates and assist in the achievement of store objectives.
The Restaurant Manager is required to be ServSafe certified and have a high school diploma or GED. You must be able to stand for long periods.
