Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst…
The Finance Analyst will be part of the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Finance organization, reporting to the Client Relationship Group (CRG) Divisional Finance & Business Management Leader. This role will provide effective financial management, decision making, project management, and efficient execution of the firm’s operational policies and procedures. There are five roles – supporting the CRG divisions – Central, Northeast, Southeast, & Western. This role will provide dedicated support to Divisional & Market Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the business review process at divisional and market level, working with management to drive consistency and accountability on critical business metrics and objectives.
Review and analyze CRG market and branch level financial reports, working with leadership on evaluating performance
Provide financial and strategic analysis on topics such as
Staff requisitions/branch support – responsible for partnering with managers to ensure they are maintaining appropriate Gross per Support levels in all branches within the division/markets
Cost savings initiatives
Budgeting and expense management with a focus on travel, client events, sponsorships, donations and other discretionary spending.
Maintain Business Continuity Planning processes and procedures
Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration

Pay Range
$73,100.00 – $129,900.00 Annual
