Description of Major Job Duties
Under general supervision, the Finance Manager will perform the accounting and finance functions in various departments throughout Wayne County.
Responsibilities include : monitoring and preparing budget adjustments, preparing financial reports, performing monthly closeouts, performing check registers approvals, performing internal audits, reconciling to the general ledger, preparing cost summaries, interfacing with Management and Budget and performing related duties.
