Job Responsibilities :
Assist in the day- to- day operations of the Human Resources department
Assist with recruitment and interview process. Track status of candidates
Manage new hire processing components such as pre-employment screening, on-boarding and other relevant paperwork
Schedule, coordinate and host new hire orientation
Assist with performance management related procedures
Assist with employee recognition activities
Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience
Strong customer service and computer skills
Ability to organize and plan activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a plus.
