What you’ll be doing
As a full time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you’ll have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role you will:
Drive and exceed monthly sales goals.
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Provide product insights and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
Create personal connections with customers to make tech look simple.
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

We’re hiring immediately for this entry-level position! Join today! As part of our retail stores, sales consultants earn a minimum of $15/hour which includes commissions and base pay as determined by location. We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $25.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. Compensation is based on geography and full-time benefits start day 61.
What we’re looking for
One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
At least 18 years of age
Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
