The Senior Financial Analyst, is responsible for providing insight regarding Victoria’s Secret home office expense to senior leadership. This role collaborates across multiple cross-functional partners to clearly understand how funds are being spent to support key business initiatives. The position is expected to perform complex ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven finance background, excellent interpersonal and analytical capabilities, and strong financial modeling skills
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the budget process for all human capital and home office expense on a seasonal basis inclusive of preparation of materials for senior management review
• Partner with multiple cross functional partners to ensure accurate monthly projections for all areas of home office
• Manage home office headcount thresholds and requests to ensure spend is inline with budgeted levels
• Provide departmental leaders with monthly reporting regarding actual expenditure relative to budget and prior year
• Support quarterly earnings processes
• Continuously seek to drive efficiencies and implement process improvements
• Deliver presentations to senior leadership
• Ad-hoc analysis and special project support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Advanced degree, CPA or MBA desirable
• Three to five years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to build partnerships across functions
• Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
