The purpose of the FP&A team is to help senior management make informed and data-driven decisions about the company’s short and long-term direction and to facilitate budgeting, planning, analysis, and process management. This role will report to and work closely with the CFO and the operational leadership, to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis packages, and will be responsible for supporting all special projects and financial analyses for the company.
· Analyze financial results versus budget/forecasts for Revenues, Cost of Goods Sold, G&A Expense, Capital Expenditures
· Provide Monthly and Quarterly business metrics and financial reporting packages to support the leadership teams.
· Assist in creating and maintaining reports in Velixo
· Assist in creating and maintaining reports and generic inquiries in Acumatica.
· Engage with cross-functional leaders as part of the leadership team including Sales, Operations, Fleet Management, Procurement and Finance
· Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization.
· Analyze capital expenditures (maintenance and growth) including original requests for purchases based on the CAPEX budget/forecast.
· Assist with accounting matters to ensure integration from actuals into forward-looking projections.
· Support FP&A and overall Accounting & Finance team on all change initiatives and special projects related to systems and processes to improve efficiency.
· Field data requests and questions from all departments
· Participate in due diligence on acquisitions.

Preferred Requirements:
· 4 year degree preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting
· Prefer 2+ year’s work experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or related role(s).
· Superior analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
· Knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP) and ability to partner with accounting team members
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts and analysis results to executive management, including the C-suite.
· Ability to create complex and dynamic financial models in Excel and to manage large and complex data sets.
· Ability to work in a growing and dynamic environment with a drive to deliver outstanding results and a strong attention to detail.
· Passion for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
· Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
· Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
