Qualifications
The minimum requirements for this position are:
1. Experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and experience in internal review or auditing field is required as a minimum. Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level.
2. Work experience managing/directing one or more support services preferred.
Highly Preferred Qualifications**:
1.Highly qualified candidates must posses a combination of experience and education (i.e. a bachelor’s degree with a major in a business discipline, i.e., accounting, financial management)

Allowances, Incentives, and PCS Costs:
Allowances, differentials, or incentives WILL be paid.
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are AUTHORIZED, based on a determination that a PCS move IS in the Government’s interest. In accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations, most individuals will be authorized movement of Household Goods, Temporary Storage, and Air, POV, or Rail Transportation to your new duty station. A rental car is NOT authorized. In addition, some individuals may also be authorized Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expenses (TQSE).
