Position Vision:
The General Manager: position is an essential bridge between the functions of the business and leads the team towards a common goal. The General Manager is a team player who moves forward the vision of the organization, establishes goals, holds team members accountable, identifies opportunities, removes obstacles, and ensures projects and day-to-day tasks are completed.
He or she is a design thinker and implementer with design and construction or service and manufacturing knowledge that is data-driven with strong attention to detail. He or she is a highly organized leader who puts the company above themself while leading, managing, and holding the team accountable. Someone who is focused on communicating effectively, prioritizing initiatives, scheduling resources, and planning for capacity.
To be successful in the position, you need to:
Be able to read blueprints and schematics
Be familiar with building codes
Be able to build pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
Be highly organized
Have Strong project management skills
What are your Top Responsibilities?:
Leadership: Lead, Manage, and Hold Team Accountable on deliverables, resources, and time allocations.
Running meetings
Setting clear expectations
Tracking and monitoring progress
Management: Practice Lean organizational management for process analysis and continuous improvement
Ensuring efficient internal and external projects are on track
Ensuring issues are captured, addressed, and resolved
Driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization
Documenting, implementing, and improving all processes in the organization
Manage and oversee our “living” SOPs
Ensure systems are in place to identify breakdowns, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in the organization
Establish, Implement, and maintain quality control in all business functions.
Establish, implement, and maintain client satisfaction system
What are the compensation and benefits? :
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
