JOB SUMMARY
Key finance collaborator for caresite operations leaders for departmental financial management. Works collaboratively with the centralized finance team to ensure tools and processes are available for those leaders to understand and analyze their financial results.
Responsible for complex financial strategic analysis for the caresite. Promotes and facilitates positive change, clearly articulates financial goals and the plan to achieve, champions cost effectiveness and sound business practice, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Operational finance support – facilitates effective and efficient ongoing financial management from operations leaders by providing support, analysis and value added insights
Coordination of Operating and Capital Budget Process 1. Review budget information for accuracy and reasonableness. 2. Provide direction and guidance to senior management during the budget process.
3. Facilitate preparation of departmental budgets. 4. Coordinate and run recurring capital committee meetings with Senior Finance Director and Senior Director of Ops
Coordination of ongoing finance functions including, but not limited to : 1. monthly projections, 2. Vizient benchmarking work, 3.
month-end close financial analysis and reporting
Coordination of Ad Hoc Capital or Operations Analyses 1. Supervision of centralized staff. 2. Review of special analyses for accuracy. 3. Preparation of analysis.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Accounting or Finance from a four year college or university. Possesses industry knowledge, in depth understanding of a provider income statement (including reimbursement), complex financial modeling and broad based financial management background.
Possesses strong analytical, financial systems (preferably Strata and Workday), organizational and communication skills.
Five to seven years of experience in a finance / accounting setting.
