Essential Functions:

The successful Director of Finance candidate will lead and manage the accounting function for the company including; payroll processing, payroll tax preparation and compliance, cost accounting, general ledger maintenance, process improvement and financial reporting to management.

Prior experience as a Controller, Director of Finance or CFO is preferred. Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Universal Industries provides a competitive salary, superior benefits and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance required
• 4 or more years’ experience in a lead accountant or director/management position is required
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Financial management experience.
• Strong aptitude for math.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
