Join our team and chart your own uniquely United career journey!.Key Responsibilities:* + Support the Aviate and pilot hiring team including coordination with various pilot hiring team members (sourcing, events, administration, project management) + Support planning and execution of events to engage Aviate participants and other prospective United pilots + Provide overall administrative support to pilot hiring team members, including records management and scheduling + Review and analyze data to identify key trends + Assist with special projects, ad-hoc requests, and ongoing training and communication of the United’s pilot hiring programs United values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
