ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, Finance Operations has responsibility for billing and reconciliation of indirect revenues and reconciliation of merchant card revenues. In addition, this role oversees the commission process of the indirect sales channel for Ultra Mobile and the direct channel for Ultra Mobile and Mint Mobile. This position will oversee the functions related to general accounting for our wholesale business unit including billing, AR, credit and collections in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Finally, the position is responsible for ensuring that telecom taxes are properly collected from subscribers and paid to regulatory tax authorities.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
Oversee billing of indirect revenues and reconciliation of weekly settlement with 3rd parties that consolidate retailer funds.
Manage our credit card payment flows, reconciliation and vendor manage our merchant processor.
Manages the direct, indirect and national retailer sales commissions.
Oversees the telecom tax collection from subscribers and payments to regulatory authorities.
Manage the order to cash process for wholesale finance.
Cross-functional task and project management for the Wholesale Finance.
Additional duties as assigned by the Sr. Director.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
6+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Billing or related fields.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong quantitative, analytical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable in creating strong relationships with internal and external teams.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and constructively with a range of stakeholders to drive positive change methods and tools.
Knowledgeable about best practices for data visualization preferred.
Working knowledge of indirect and direct sales channel commission calculations.
Demonstrated ability implementing process improvements.
Excellent presentation and communication skills including presenting in/for large group settings.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 – $120,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
