Job Description
We are seeking a recruiter to join the contact center recruiting team. This position will be hybrid, meaning that you will primarily work remotely, and be expected to work onsite in our service center for important meetings and other events and moments that matter. Locations include: Minneapolis, MN, Fargo, ND, Englewood, CO, Overland Park, KS or Cincinnati, OH.
Our team sources, recruits and helps onboard customer service and collections team members for operations, service, and collections centers across the U.S. Bank footprint as well as remote/telecommute roles across the country. On a monthly basis, our team supports hiring for 20+ classes with 15-30 representatives in each class on set start dates, across different sites. Contact center hiring is high-volume, high-energy, process-driven and fast-paced – and we love it! Many of the roles we fill are entry level; we help our lines of business bring people into the bank that have an opportunity to grow their career here. It is a highly collaborative teamwork environment; the success of each class is a full-team effort, and volume varies for each line of business based on a variety of factors, so the team is agile to shift support as needed.
What to expect:
Team communication and collaboration: Our team resides across the U.S. bank footprint, so we are a virtual team, even though we sometimes are onsite at our centers. We have several main avenues of communication on our team, including Teams chat groups, SharePoint, weekly meetings and huddles, and weekly 1:1s with managers.
Peer Support: Recruiters have a recruiting buddy from day 1, and there are optional best practice discussion calls hosted with the team.
Focus on development : In the first 1+ year in role, this recruiter will focus on building effective time management and calendaring skills, efficiency with processes, understanding the candidate funnel and fallout between sourcing and start, as well as various recruiting fundamentals including behavioral based interviewing, diverse candidate sourcing, offer negotiation, and U.S. Bank’s employee value proposition, networking, and personal/professional branding. There is an opportunity for cross-training between markets and lines of business as well as team project participation to build skillsets.

Responsibilities:
Support business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions
Identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while identifying the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools
Drive recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
Demonstrate a commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate
Display behaviors and attitudes consistent with U.S. Bank Purpose and Core Values
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
– This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 1 or more years of related experience . The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
– One or more years recruiting experience
-Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
– Effective project management and collaboration skills
– Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
– Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
– Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
– Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $60,435.00 – $71,100.00 – $78,210.00
