Tyson Foods Looking for Finance Manager at Springdale Full Time

Job Details:

Partner with Supply Chain across the Prepared Foods Business Units to guide operational decisions and actions that will optimize costs in the near and long term.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide focused supply chain decision support and guidance to the business teams; translate Segment drivers back to the Business Units
• Partner with the Supply Chain team in digesting month-end/quarter-end results and developing a go-forward forecast at the business unit level
• Develop the relevant KPI’s to showcase performance for the BU’s
• Build collaborative working relationships with the Plant Controllers to understand cost drivers, support key initiatives, and understand BU financial impact
• Be an advocate for the Business Teams on what is needed from Supply Chain to deliver near-term and long-term financial commitments
• Play a critical role evaluating and recommending network optimization initiatives, including productivity and capital projects, that will deliver a competitive advantage for Tyson

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA desired
• 5+ years related experience in Finance; previous CPG experience a plus
• Demonstrated agility and willingness to take on new challenge
• Strong organization skills to manage & prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Experience with SAP, BI, and BPC is desired
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
