2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Experience:
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
There is a mileage limit of 70 miles in order to be considered a traveler for this role.
COVID vaccination required. This facility accepts declinations.
Flu vaccination is required. This facility accepts declinations.
