SUMMARY:
As a Business F&I Manger, you will be a key factor in identifying the best finance and/or leasing options to meet each of your customers’ needs while purchasing a vehicle. In addition to giving each of your customers the best vehicle buying experience possible, you will also be responsible for ensuring all required paperwork is properly completed & processed for each transaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following list of responsibilities & duties are not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as management may deem necessary from time to time:
– Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers while providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Being sure to give a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
– Securing finance approval through financial sources & processing deals accurately with properly completed paperwork.
– Maintain current knowledge of & comply with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting dealership operations, with high focus regarding sales and finance departments.
– Maintain current knowledge of all finance and lease programs communicating & training this ever-changing information with sales and finance team members.
– Create and maintain positive relationships with insurance vendors and lending institutions.
– Converts cash deals to finance deals.
– Collect, receipt, and deposit cash, checks and credit card transactions.
– Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all sales are referred to the F&I department.
– Promote gap & aftermarket products such as extended warranties.
– Update reports daily with the status of pending deals or contracts in transit.
– Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
– Understand all factory incentives & rebates along with knowing qualifications for such items & collecting all supporting documentation.
– Remit and register policies for all products and warranties sold.
– Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and gap.
– Maintains CSI scores that meet and strive to exceed goals. Implement action plan to improve customer satisfactions.
– Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle. Including obtaining customer signatures, securing payoff and insurance information. Accurately completing all title & registration documents and trade in vehicle documents.

-Willingness to work holidays and weekends (Saturday)
-Have a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
-Must present a professional appearance at all times
-Ability to be coached and show improvement in sales
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (DEG) required.
-College Degree or combination of education and relevant work experience in finance preferred.
-3+ years automotive dealership experience in sales or finance preferred.
-Industry specific software experience preferred.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Saturday with rotating shifts
COMPENSATION:
Base Salary + Commission Plan.
