Operations Finance Manager
Reports to: Executive Director of Finance
Position Summary:
Near-term, work to build understanding of Trulieve’s financials, the flow-through, and the interplay between the ‘what’ and ‘why’ in terms of how business decision-making and strategy ultimately flow through our financials and how this translates to our success financially; Build understanding of key corporate initiatives and how they contribute to enhanced performance and stakeholder value. Additionally, work to identify and eliminate any gaps between current SIOP sales planning process and plan Sales & Production are following – which often deviate at current state. Work to determine appropriate level of granularity in SIOP process, which should go to a level that is in alignment with Sales & Production strategy (specific volumes, net pricing and layering in the expected margin of that mix AND what it means for our inventory trajectory). The goal is to establish a clear, consistent baseline to measure the teams against, with visibility to immediately flag what the SIOP is suggesting for the business and if it deviates from current modeling / strategy.
Responsibilities:
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
