Our client is a professional services organization in the greater Minneapolis area looking for a Senior Audit Manager. This company is looking for someone with 10+ years of experience, CPA license, and who exhibits excellent communication skills.

The Senior Audit Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide unmatched clients services to existing clients.
• Review financial statements prepared by accountants .
• Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional staff .
• Research complex issues, applying findings to projects .
• Plan, supervise, and review all final reviews of audit engagements .
• Reviews individual and business tax returns .
• Make recommendations to improve firm operations .
• Assist in billings and monitoring budgets .
• Prepare other reports, projects and duties as assigned .

The Senior Audit Manager will possess the following :

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
• 10+ years of public accounting experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Excellent delegation and time management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and again client deadlines.
