Finance; Internal Audit; Legislative, Regulatory & Policy; Office of the CEO; People, Places & Brand; Risk; and Technology).
Job Description Summary
This position is a management role on the Transamerica Statutory Audit, Policy and Compliance team. This role will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance for technical statutory policy and compliance, statutory financial reporting, strategic planning and resource management.
Responsible for prescribed and permitted practices, monitoring and communicating blanks and SAPWIG updates, statutory policy, 5 year exam, completing various state forms such as form B, Form D and Form F.
This role will ensure the financial reports comply with state and SEC regulations and will collaborate with external auditors on the audits to ensure timely delivery.

Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.

It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
Compensation :
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $104,000 – $138,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
Bonus Eligibility :
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan / Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
